Changemaker
In three weeks, Changemaker hands you a ranked, dollar-valued roadmap of your biggest opportunities: new revenue, better service and hours back. Surfaced by your own people, valued by an AI agent against your numbers, and ranked by your judges.

Ideas stay anonymous until the awards session.
Your people already use AI and automation. One team has quietly cut a day out of month-end. Someone in sales has a prompt that writes better proposals than the template. None of it is logged, none of it is valued, and none of it is built for the whole business. Meanwhile the questions that actually matter, where revenue is leaking and where customers get let down, sit with people who are never properly asked.
Changemaker asks them. Competitively.
Not a brainstorm, not a staff survey, not a hackathon. Those produce ideas. Changemaker produces a decision: every idea valued in dollars, rated for effort, tested by the crowd and ranked by your judges, in a report your executive team can act on the next morning.
Before the game opens, we take your goals and a handful of your numbers: revenue, headcount, key volumes. That is what the agent values ideas against. It takes a couple of hours of your time, not a data project.
A kick-off session builds energy and shows everyone what a good pitch looks like. Players then pitch ideas in conversation with an AI agent. It asks the questions that turn a rough idea into a quantified opportunity: what changes, who benefits, what it could be worth and how hard it would be to deliver. It shows its working, uses your numbers, and rounds down wherever it has to assume. Every idea goes onto a digital wall, open and anonymised, where anyone can build on anyone's thinking.
Players earn stars for valuable ideas and spend them backing other people's. A live leaderboard shows what is gaining momentum. Your executives and invited judges then take the shortlist, test the assumptions and set the final ranking, with the crowd's backing in front of them.
Winners are announced. Prizes are awarded. And you receive the full opportunity report: every idea valued, complexity-rated and mapped into a practical now, near, next, never roadmap.
Best idea and business impact, as judged by your judges.
The idea your people backed hardest with their stars.
The players whose pitching and backing moved the board most.
A ranked pipeline of opportunities, each valued in dollars and rated for delivery complexity. A roadmap that tells you what to build first and, just as usefully, what not to build at all. The buy-in of the people who will make it real, because they wrote it. And a business case you never had to sell internally, since your own staff validated every line of it.
The game decides what's worth changing. If you want it built, Game Changer proves it, builds it and runs it, from business case to working prototype to production, tracked against the value the game put on it. If you'd rather build it yourself, the report is written to hand straight to your team.
Changemaker is fun. Friendly competition, live leaderboards, ideas climbing the board. The fun matters commercially: people fight for ideas they authored and quietly resist the ones handed to them. A roadmap your staff wrote is a roadmap they will deliver.
The game also finds your hidden thinkers, the quiet operators whose ideas never surface in meetings but win on an anonymous board.
Judged by your choice of executives, board members or external experts. Online or in person. Works across a single business or between partner organisations.
Every Changemaker game is personally facilitated by a Game Changer game master. That's why it works, and why capacity is real: we open one new game each week. Choose your start week below. Games typically run three weeks from your start date.
